Calendar Settings
Configure Google Calendar integration for conference room bookings using a Google Service Account.
Connection Status
The service account credentials file must be placed at credentials/google-service-account.json on the server. Share each Google Calendar with the service account email address (with "Make changes to events" permission).
Google Calendar Account
The service account email address (for reference). This is the email shown in the service account JSON key file.
Room → Calendar Mapping
Map each conference room to a Google Calendar ID. Click "Fetch Available Calendars" above to populate the dropdowns, then select the calendar for each room. Leave as "No calendar linked" to skip sync for that room.
